2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over except for employees of the Promoter.

To be taken any time after April 2011 and includes:

The prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
4. To enter the competition, register your details at www.durex.co.uk. Only one entry is allowed per person. No purchase is necessary.
5. The closing date for the competition is 23:59 on 31st March 2011. All entries received by that time will be entered into a prize draw and one winner will be selected at random. The winner will be informed by email within 28 days of their selection. The winner must clam their prize within 14 days of notification, failing which the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The name and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a SAE marked "DUREX Holiday Competition Winner" to [Customer Relations, SSL International, 1 Old Park Lane, Trafford Park, Manchester, M41 7HA
6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, or for incomplete or illegible entries. Submission of entry is not proof of receipt. The Promoter may withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.

8. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
