Durex Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:
1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; aged 18 years and older except employees of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the “Promoter”) and its affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. This Prize Draw is free to enter
3. Prize comprises of 1 x weekend away (2 nights accommodation at a UK hotel) champagne and room service up to a maximum value of £300, plus a hamper containing £150 worth of Durex play products. No spending money or travel to and from the hotel is included in the prize. No cash alternative is available.
4. The Prize Draw opens on 12.08.2011. To enter, log onto www.facebook.com/DurexUK and press the “Like” button. Enter your details as requested.
5. Only one entry per person. In the event that there is more than one entry per person, all entries for that person will be deleted.
6. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any for late, incomplete or lost entries.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
8. The Prize Draw winners will be selected at random by 31.10.11 and will be contacted within [21] days of the Closing Date. In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make a further attempt to contact such winner(s). If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 30 days of competition closing date that persons claim to the prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be selected.
9. The Promoter's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Prize Draw closes 21.10.11. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
11. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the use by the Promoter of the information contained in the entry for whatever means the Promoter deems appropriate (including without limitation use in and for future promotional activities).
12. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The information provided in this Prize Draw will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, information will not be provided to a third party without your consent.
The Promoter may send you, from time to time,further information about its products and developments which may be of interest to you.
