RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. TO ENTER, purchase the specially marked Fetherlite 3’s or Extra Safe 3’s Durex product from participating dealers, and SMS your name and gender to 32964. (SMS charged at R1.00).
2. The competition is NOT open to under 18s or to employees of INCOLABS, their immediate families, associated agencies or anybody professionally associated with the competition.
3. The competition runs from 01/04/2010 until midnight on 30/09/2010. No late entries will be accepted and no responsibility is accepted for failed entries.
4. Main prize winner will receive a trip for two people to the European Championship League Final at Wembley 2011 to the value of maximum R90,000.00.
Prize details:
The main prize winner and their guest must travel together at all times. The main prize includes: (i) economy return flights from any location in the world to London as final destination; (ii) 6 night’s accommodation at the 4 Star Hilton Olympia Hotel (Knightsbridge & Kensington) on a room only basis; and (iii) two non-transferable and non-refundable category one tickets to the European Champions League Final (Wembley Stadium – 18th May 2011). The prize will also include airport and hotel transfers, travel insurance for the duration of the trip, all airport taxes and R5,000.00 spending money per passenger. The prize does not include food and drink or any other personal expenditure. The main prize winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and visa and that they comply with all other travel requirements. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and the standard terms and conditions of the participating airline, hotel and match organiser. The main prize cannot be extended and, once booked, may not be amended.
Three secondary prize winners will receive LCD screens to the value of R10,000.00 each. All of the prizes are not transferrable and there are no alternate prizes or cash alternatives.
5. The winners will be announced on www.durex.co.za on the 15th October 2010.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified telephonically on the number used for entry and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 30 days of notification being given. If a winner fails to confirm acceptance in this way INCOLABS reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant without further notice.
8. By entering this competition the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and photographs for promotional and official purposes at no charge to INCOLABS or any of its agents and/or promoters.
9. INCOLABS reserves the right to cancel, amend or postpone the competition at any time and without liability to any entrant.
10. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these rules and regulations.
